Instruction for use:

 

1: Remove closure from tube and place on a convenient surface.

2: Puncture skin with appropriate lancet.

3: Discard lancet in sharps container

4: Wipe away the first drop of blood with gauze

5: Hold micro blood collection tube at 30 - 40 degree angle from surface of puncture site. Touch collector end of reservoir to drop of blood. Avoid scraping skin surface while collecting blood. After collect 2 or 3 blood drops, blood will freely flow down to tube

6: Measure blood by viewing scale line on label

7: Replace closure by twisting and pushing cap downward

8: Fit the extender into the bottom of the reservoir and extend the tube length for centrifugation
